Export Specialist / Forwarding Agent / South America (m/f/d) YOUR MISSION Independent, structured processing of worldwide commercial transactions You are responsible for the order processing including the preparation of purchase or­ders, order confirmations, customs clear­ance documents, shipping documents and invoices You are the direct contact person for our domestic and foreign business partners You are in daily intensive contact with cus­tomers, suppliers, agents and your contact person in the sales department You support the sales department in the processing and initiation of purchase and sales transactions YOUR PROFILE You have completed a commercial apprent­iceship - preferably in a logistics company or in the field of foreign trade - or a comparable degree You have professional experience in the im­port­/export business Fluent in spoken as well as written English and French - Knowledge of Spanish and German desirable Service-oriented and independent working method A quick perception, analytical thinking and a structured and precise way of working Pleasure in a new challenge and the daily co­operation with customers, suppliers, agents and sales Team spirit and flexibility WHY US?
